Sarah Mangas, MSW, LICSW

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

I have experience working with individuals experiencing the effects of depression, anxiety, trauma, life-phase transitions, eating disorders, and grief. I work primarily with adults of all ages, as well as co-facilitate one of our Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma Intensive Outpatient Programs for adults.

My approach is gentle and relational. I strive to create an environment of curiosity and compassion where individuals feel supported in exploring their experiences. I believe there are often underlying functions of our patterns and behavior and seek to help clients identify and understand these functions with non-judgment, while learning new skills and strategies to better manage their mental health. I find great value in spiritual resources, and enjoy integrating Christian beliefs and practices into the therapy process for those who desire this approach.
