Susan Dyke, R.D., L.D.
Registered and Licensed Dietitian

Susan Dyke is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a　Bachelors of Science in nutrition and dietetics from the College of St. Benedict located in St. Joseph, MN.　 She completed her dietetic　internship at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, MN.　 With over 20 years of clinical and community experience, Susan has developed a passion for helping individuals discover nutrition as it relates to mental health issues.　 Susan　enjoys　learning from and working with clients to help them strike a balance between responsibility and freedom in food and exercise.　She has extensive experience in providing nutrition therapy for adolescents and adults in disordered eating as well as for those experiencing　mood disorders.　 Susan is currently a guest lecturer in group settings and works individually with adolescent and adult clients at Waters Edge Counseling and Healing Center located in Burnsville, MN.　 Areas of interest include: anxiety, depression,　adult and　adolescent weight management　 and　eating disorders.
