Jenny Ginther, LICSW
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Jennifer is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who received her Master’s degree in clinical social work from St. Thomas University/College of St. Catherine. Jenny has a wide array of experience working with individuals and families. Jennifer has 8 years clinical experience in grief and loss work at a local hospice organization. She has also worked with adolescents at Remuda Ranch, center for anorexia and bulimia, and at Omegon, a dual diagnosis treatment center for adolescents. Furthermore, Jennifer has experience in general medical social work. As part of her internship training, she taught life skills to adolescents and prisoners in King Williams Town, South Africa. Jennifer has a minor in authentic movement and is a yoga teacher currently pursuing training certification in Anusara yoga. Her special interests include work in depression and anxiety, grief/loss issues, eating disorders, and body image therapy. Additionally, she has completed an intensive training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for trauma, a body-oriented treatment approach to healing effects of trauma. Jennifer is also experienced with integrating Christian beliefs into the therapy experience for individuals desiring this approach.
