Amber Dahl, MA

Mental Health Practitioner

I work with individual adults on body image issues, eating disorders, anxiety, stress, grief, career burnout, and new life phases. I also work in the virtual adult eating disorder intensive outpatient program.

I employ a combination of psychoeducation, mindfulness, somatic, and cognitive techniques in a casual telehealth environment that is free from judgment and stigma. My approach is also accepting and affirming of all identities. Together, we will learn your body’s emotional cues and develop skills to soothe those emotions when needed, break down your bigger problems into smaller solutions, reconnect with your values, and create space to talk about your barriers without fear. I will work with you to find manageable ways to move forward and uncover your authentic self.
