Brooke Riches, MA

Mental Health Practitioner

My hope is to foster a safe, non judgemental, supportive environment while providing services to adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma diagnosis, using tools and skills I have acquired from my experience with dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).

I enjoy helping people from all walks of life. My approach is to join with individuals on their journey, wherever that takes them and work towards goals they would like to achieve. Though my background is in dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), I have found it to be most helpful and beneficial to meet people where they are at. I believe the individual knows themselves the best and if not we can explore that as well; discover what they would like to get out of this journey we call life.
