Charles Westholm, MSW, LGSW
Licensed Graduate Social Worker
My goal for clients is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable and welcome to open up about any and all struggles they may be experiencing. My focus is on clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms. To do this, I implement aspects, skills, and resources from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), Christian Integration, and mindfulness. I approach therapy through a person-centered lens with the understanding that clients are the experts of their own life.
