Chloe Seddon, MS, RD/LN

Registered Dietitian

I provide a supportive space for both adolescents and adults as they navigate challenges with food, body image, mental health, and recovery. My work often involves clients struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating patterns, substance use, and the emotional effects of anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also help clients heal from diet culture and build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, meeting each person where they are and tailoring goals to their needs. Together, we focus on practical skills such as balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and meal planning, while also addressing the emotional and behavioral patterns that influence food choices. Many clients work on rebuilding trust with their bodies, developing coping strategies, and practicing self-compassion. It’s an honor to walk alongside clients as they move toward lasting healing and empowerment.
