Desiree Lutterman, MA, LPCC
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
I provide services for adults and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, perfectionistic tendencies, life transitions and changes, grief, body image struggles and eating disorders. I understand taking the first step to come to therapy can be difficult, so I am here to help create a safe and non-judgmental space. I am passionate about helping clients identify current barriers or struggles that may be impairing them from living their lives to the fullest potential.
My approach is very warm and welcoming and I always strive to meet clients where they are at in their life path. The therapeutic relationship is very important for success and change, so I make sure to take time to build rapport with clients. I value being on the journey with clients while they have their ‘Ah-ha’ moments during the therapeutic process. I am comfortable integrating Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process for those who choose this approach.
