Outpatient Primary Therapist

Jamie enjoys working with adolescents, adults and families experiencing depression, anxiety, adjustment to life transitions, addiction, trauma, family dynamics and parenting concerns and spiritual/faith exploration. She has a background as a high school teacher, coach, youth outreach specialist, crisis pregnancy counselor, adult rehabilitative mental health practitioner, targeted mental health case manager and psychotherapist for day treatment. Jamie has extensive experience working with at-risk youth struggling with chemical dependency, trauma and family dysfunction and working with adults with persistent mental illness.

Jamie utilizes an eclectic, holistic approach to therapy incorporating mind, body, and soul care with an emphasis on cognitive distortions, boundary setting, structure and system dysfunction, strength-based empowerment, Christian integration (if preferred), warmth and humor.
