Jennifer Fields, M.A.

Mental Health Practitioner

I provide services for both adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition to individual therapy, I also work in the Adult Depression/Anxiety/Trauma Intensive Outpatient Program.

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I utilize a strengths-based approach to therapy and aim to help you clarify and align with your personal values/goals as you work through your present struggles. I have experience with a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic resourcing, and mindfulness. I am also comfortable incorporating spiritual or Christian beliefs into therapy upon request.
