John Rigsby, MS
Mental Health Practitioner-In-Training
I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents who are struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma. Additionally I work with clients in the Depression/Anxiety/Trauma Intensive Outpatient Program as a case manager, educator, and therapist.
Employing client-focused, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, existential, Christian integration (if desired), and emotionally focused therapies, I assist clients in gaining personal insight, developing clear goals, and pursuing a hopeful future. I provide a calm presence and a safe relationship for clients to be known and valued as they confront and work through life’s challenges.
