Helping individuals redefine their relationship with food is such a passion of mine. My goal is to discover that food is medicine. My approach is evidenced-based, along with creating a welcoming and warm environment for individuals and their families.

I have worked in the inpatient level of care for eating disorders and extensively in the outpatient setting. Currently, I provide services in the outpatient level of care and in the adolescent Intensive Outpatient Eating Disorder program.

Education: Concordia College, Moorhead

• Completed training in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for Eating Disorders
