Megan Nyberg

Mental Health Practitioner in Training

I believe we all have a story to tell, and I am here to listen openly without judgment and offer encouragement as you discover your authentic self. You are the expert in your own life, and we will work together to consider tools and skills, including humor and mindfulness, that will help you on your healing journey. I approach therapy from a holistic and developmental lens and am open to integrating Christian beliefs for those who desire this.

I provide services for adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and grief. I co-facilitate our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, and am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults through school stressors, life transitions, and relationship stressors.
