Morgann Gould, MA
Mental Health Practitioner-In Training
My goal as a counselor is to meet clients where they are at and create a genuine, safe, and compassionate environment for them to heal. I strive to utilize up-to-date techniques that align with the client’s background, population, and culture. I believe working collaboratively with the client to explore their biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs will lead to whole-person healing and lasting restoration. I align most with the principles and techniques practiced in Individual Psychology, Person-Centered Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I also enjoy integrating Christian beliefs and practices into the therapy process for those desiring this approach.
I provide services for adult individuals and work in one of the Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma Intensive Outpatient Programs offered here at WECHC. I am passionate about helping individuals who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, as well as, grief and loss.
Education: I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler Graduate School.
- Intensive training on the neuroscience of treating anxiety, panic and worry in adults
