Mental Health Practitioner in Training
Employing a variety of focused therapies, including client-focused, Christian integration (if desired), emotionally focused, and cognitive-behavioral, I strive to support individuals in exploration and gaining insight into their experiences. Personal growth and healing that is focused on the whole person—body, soul, and spirit—is the foundation of my practice.
My approach to therapy is gentle and collaborative. I provide individual therapy for adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and grief. Additionally, I work with clients in the Depression/Anxiety/Trauma Intensive Outpatient Program as a case manager, educator, and therapist.
Education: I am currently working to obtain a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Divine Mercy University in pursuit of becoming a Licensed Counselor
