Tessa Horstmann, M.A.Mental Health Practitioner in Training
Tessa received her Master’s in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She helps facilitate the Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma group for adolescents as well as works with individual clients. She enjoys working with depression, anxiety disorders and trauma/PTSD. Tessa uses multiple therapeutic approaches to meet the client where they are at and help promote change. She is delighted to integrate Christian beliefs into the therapy process for individuals who desire this approach. Tessa is trained in treating anxiety, panic and worry as well as using Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
