Tessa Horstmann, MA, LPCC

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

I provide services for adults and adolescents who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma symptoms in both individual and group settings. I am passionate about coming alongside clients to help explore what is going on internally that is keeping them stuck as well as to explore ways to help shift underlying thoughts and believes so that they are able to live life to the fullest.

My approach is interactive, warm, and accepting. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe place where clients can focus on their own personal growth and healing. I combine multiple modalities and enjoy interweaving Christian believes into the therapy process when requested. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) as well as multiple specific trainings for working with anxiety, panic, and other addictive/compulsive behaviors.
