Cara Harrington, MSW, LGSW

Mental Health Practitioner

I provide services for adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. Along with individual therapy, I am also working in the Adult Depression/Anxiety/Trauma Intensive Outpatient Program and the Adult Eating Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program. I have previous experience working with families in parent education, family support, and case management settings.

My style is strength-based and holistic with cognitive, mindful, and somatic approaches. I strive to provide a collaborative, culturally competent safe space where people can process, explore, problem-solve, and work towards their mental health goals. I am passionate about helping others and aim to walk alongside on their healing journey.
