Elizabeth Gockowski, MS, LPCC

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

I provide services for adults who are struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety and/or trauma symptoms in both individual and group settings.

I view my profession as a call to assist others in rediscovering or strengthening their sense of worth as a human being. My approach often involves helping others identify and compassionately challenge unhelpful beliefs and behaviors, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and self-compassion techniques (e.g. Kristin Neff’s Mindful Self-Compassion Program). I also enjoy exploring and integrating Christian beliefs into the therapy process if desired.
