Erica Schultz, MSW, LICSW

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

I provide services for both adults and adolescents who are experiencing challenges due to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stressors. I am particularly passionate about working with new parents and those who may be facing symptoms of postpartum depression or anxiety. I also have experience working with individuals with attention and cognitive differences.

My approach as a therapist is kind and non-judgmental, as I believe each of us is doing the best we know how to in the moment. I also believe there are very practical ways to manage mental health, and I work with my clients to increase their understanding of their diagnoses and teach skills to positively impact their daily life. I am also passionate about the positive impact EMDR therapy can provide to my clients if they are interested in a more structured therapy to address past trauma or current challenges with limiting beliefs about themself. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, and I would consider it an honor to help you process your current challenges.
