Erica Schultz, MSW, LICSW

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

I provide services for both adults and adolescents who are experiencing challenges due to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship, job, or school stressors. I also have experience working with individuals with attention and cognitive differences. I am particularly passionate about working with adolescents or young adults who are impacted by depression, anxiety, and transitions after high school. I also enjoy supporting parents of children with various challenges, or who are facing mental health challenges themselves.

My approach as a therapist is kind and non-judgmental, as I believe each of us is doing the best we know how to in the moment. I also believe there are very practical ways to manage mental health, and I work with my clients to increase their understanding of their diagnoses and teach skills to positively impact their daily life. I believe integrating a client’s values or spiritual beliefs can have a powerful impact on progress in therapy, if a client desires this approach. My goal as a therapist is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard and I would consider it an honor to help you process your current challenges.
