Laura Hannemann, MA, LPCC, LADC

Psychotherapist

I love offering a calming presence and creating space for people as they work to heal from life’s challenges. My work focuses on adults struggling with life changes, stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addictive behaviors like substance use and binge eating. I also support couples who are struggling with communication, infidelity, or other types of relationship stress.

I aim to meet people where they are and allow the focus of therapy to develop organically. Along the way, I work with people to clarify their personal values, then live according to those values. My clients often work on establishing healthy boundaries, correcting thinking errors, developing healthy coping skills, and increasing mindfulness. It is a true privilege for me to walk alongside people on their healing journeys.
