Rebecca Johnson, MSW, LCSW

License Clinical Social Worker

I have worked with the mental health population for over the last 12 years. Over this time, I have worked in intensive residential treatment and outpatient settings providing individual therapy for adults who are experiencing challenges due to anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, work issues, and trauma.

I am a therapist who believes that challenges and stress can transform into opportunities that lead to personal growth, and that reaching out for support is a sign of bravery and inner strength. A solid client-therapist relationship is the foundation for doing this work. I use a blend of evidence-based practices depending on the client’s needs. There are often underlying functions of our patterns and behavior and I seek to help clients identify and understand these functions and to learn new skills and strategies to better manage their mental health.
