Franchesca England

Clinical Intern

I provide services to adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders and body image concerns. In addition to individual therapy, I also work in the Adult Depression/Anxiety/Trauma Outpatient Program. I have past experience working in both residential and outpatient settings. I am currently pursing a Masters of Arts Degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.

My approach is to empower individuals in their healing journey and partner with them as they begin to reclaim their voice. My hope is to foster a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can discuss their difficulties and begin to create a life worth living. I utilize a whole person approach, exploring and focusing on the body, soul and spirit. I have experience with a variety of methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I can also provide Christian Integration if a client desires to incorporate their faith into their healing journey.
