Unlike other businesses who may respond to their reviews, Water’s Edge Counseling & Healing Center must provide and prioritizes confidentiality to our clients. That means we are restricted from responding in any way that acknowledges whether someone has been in our care (HIPAA).
If you have a grievance, are dissatisfied with treatment, or have feedback to better improve our services, you are encouraged to call our Clinical Director at 952.898.5020. We welcome your input in order to gain further understanding and to have the opportunity to resolve any disputes or dissatisfaction in regards to your care.
